Rallyo is a pickleball community site. Here is how the everyday things work, and how to reach us.

Joining a game

Pick an event on Tonight's board or on the map and tap Request to join. No Player ID yet? You make one on the spot with your name, email and level.

The host confirms your spot. Your requests and where they stand are on your Player card.

Paying

You pay the host, never Rallyo: cash at the venue, or GCash to the host with your receipt added to your request. Refunds are between you and the host.

Signing in

There are no passwords. Enter your email and we send you a 6-digit code to open your Player ID or Host ID. A code works for 10 minutes.

At the court

Show the host the 4-digit check-in code on your Player card. Scores the host records count in the standings right away.

Hosting

A Host ID lets you publish open plays, tournaments and court shares, approve players, run the live session and record scores. Make one from "Host an event".
